NANOBUBBLES
The unique properties of Nanobubbles mean that they sink and therefore stay in water a long time. This makes them considerably more effective at delivering gas into water than aeration systems, where bubbles rapidly rise to the surface of the water and the gas departs. When compared to existing aeration systems, gas transfer, using Anzai’s technology can be improved by as much as a factor of four or five.
This is because Anzai MCS’s patented technology produces Nanobubbles by a process of Osmosis and guarantees a 90% gas transfer/saturation rate, which is approximately double that achieved by other Nanobubble systems. It also has no mechanical parts and operates on an extremely low energy requirement, at any scale of operation, which makes it highly energy efficient.
This superior technology and low energy requirement makes Anzai MCS’s Nanobubble system ideal for environmental applications such as water purification/sterilization (lake and sea cleaning), and the only Nanobubble system able to offer a continuous, electricity free and running-cost free operation, using only wind power as an energy source.
ELECTRICITY FREE
Solar, wind, water and geo-thermal power are all recognised natural resources for the delivery of sustainable energy. In most cases, the generated power has to be converted into electric energy in order to operate electrical devices. This results in energy conversion loss.
Due to the extremely low energy requirement of Anzai’s technology, our new Wind Powered Nanobubble Generator system has adapted a direct drive so that NO electrical power is required.
Principle Explanation
The Dyno Vertical Windmill is highly efficient at receiving inflow wind energy and converting it into a strong propulsive force (Torque).
The wind hits the turbine body and inflow blade ‘A’ creates a dynamic lifting power which leads to a powerful torque (Patent Pending)
The wind inflows to space ‘B’ which creates high pressure and speed, building winds and creating another large propulsive force (Patent Pending)
Blade ‘B’ creates positive torque and converts it into a rotation torque. The large size blade and body creates a tornado effect within the windmill which increases rotation efficiency.
Set Up
Using our established and powerful In-Line “L” series Nanobubble Generators, (50A/L and 100A/L), each Wind Powered system sits on a solid, purpose-built platform and floats on the lake/water. It is secured by an anchor system to operate in a single area and can, if required, be moved to a different location depending on requirements. The surface area treated by each unit will depend on the size of generator used, period of use and specific local conditions. In large areas of water, multiple units can be used together.
A general estimate of the area treated by each unit is shown in a later slide. This data has been based on Anzai MCS’s experience of testing in the Bay of Tokyo, Japan.

Ultimately once an area has been cleaned, the principle is to maintain the natural environmental balance of the water by keeping some units in place to keep it free from future damage. Once installed, the special no electricity design and self start mechanism offers a virtually continuous cost free operation.

- 4.AUTO BREAK SYSTEM. Dyno Windmill is equipped with speed control and cuts off the torque when excessive wind is detected.
- 5.OPERATING IN LIGHT BREEZE. Both our water pump and compressor operates even in a light breeze.
- 6.MAINTENANCE. Every functional component is easy to maintain or replace.
- 7.INSTALLATION ENVIRONMENT. The vertical axis is space saving. All blades are made from reinforced plastic, which prevents damage from flying objects due to unexpected strong winds.
