Notes for using DEO

Notes for design & installation

1. This unit needs min 300m³/h of circulating air volume in order achieve best deodorization.
2. Install this unit and ventilation fan at max 3m high from floor level.
3. Plan to install suction mouth neer to generation source of smell and jet near to door.
4. Connecting diameter or duct for ventilation for this unit should be 15mm Φ.
5. Power source of 100V for UV-lamp, synchronizing with ventilation fan is needed.
6. In case of multiple connections (more than 3 units) in one system or of complicated form of duct, or extra long duct, special selection of ventilation fan with consideration of pressure loss is needed.

Notes for maintenance

1. Attach garbage removed filter to ventilation fan and keep it clean.
2. Bead-type photo catalization plate need a cleaning roughly once a year. Recommended maintenance agreement with producer.
3. UV-lamp should be changed in about every 8000 hours (about 1 year) over thin limit, power of UV-ray will fall and deodorization performance will also be lower.

Recommended maintenance agreement with producer consult to scales agent on to producer about maintenance agreement.
